ロシアで常温核融合研究の国家プロジェクトを立ち上げる動き

ロシアで常温核融合研究の国家プロジェクトを立ち上げる動きがあるようです。リーダーはAlexander Prosvirnov氏で、この方は1月にParkhomov博士の常温核融合実験をレポートされていました。PeterさんのEGO OUTに詳しく情報が出ています。
